When is the best time to book a flight?
If you are choosing to fly, we suggest booking these tickets as soon as possible. There are typically 3 flights a day from IAH to ECP and same case travelling home. All rates seem consistent, but rates are higher when traveling Friday-Sunday.
When should we arrive?
This is totally optional based on the guest/ preferences. The bride and groom/ immediate family will be arriving on Wednesday October 2nd for early preparations. Friday October 4th 2024, there will be a rehearsal dinner/ welcome party. If you wish to attend then we suggest arrival to Rosemary Beach the day of or prior.
Attire
Welcome Party Attire - Coastal Cocktail
What is coastal cocktail: think linen, flowing dresses (long or short), colors inspired by the seaside landscape or fun nautical patterns. Guys can wear khakis & a collared shirt or sports coat.
Ceremony & Reception - Formal
What does formal look like: this can either be a floor length or mid length dress, while for the men this is a suit & tie or tux.
Are children invited to the ceremony and reception?
We truly wish we could invite all our guests' children to our wedding, however due to limited rooftop space and guest count requirements we cannot accommodate this request. We appreciate your understanding.
Are children invited to the rehearsal dinner/ welcome party?
We respect all families and understand that this destination location can be also an opportunity for a small "getaway" with the family. Since the ceremony and reception is an adults only event, we would like to extend this events' invite to guests' children. If this caters to you, please mention this request to Frankie or Cole directly or include this information in the RSVP question box.
